All products listed on www.studiokuza.com are for personal use only, and with no intention of resale.
The pricing, description and cease of products can change at any time without notice.
When purchasing products through our website you must fill in the personal information, such as your name, address and email address, necessary to process your purchases. You will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your order.
All shipments sent outside the European Union are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
PRICING
All of our prices are stated in euro, local customers are offered free shipping. The shipping cost for international customers varies based on the size and weight of the product and it is added to the price. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Every piece is double boxed and securely packed in 100% recyclable packaging.
Made to order items
Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be made before shipping.
Ready to ship items ship within 2-3 business days.
Bigger items or large orders are sent with a freight forwarder.
Please contact us before purchasing bigger items so we can calculate the shipping price.
We cannot be accountable for delays caused by meteorological conditions, holidays or customs.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All international orders ship via registered airmail from Cyprus. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks but can take longer, especially during holidays.
All shipments sent outside the European Union are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
RETURNS
Since our products are handmade, expect slight variations between each piece. Please review dimensions and descriptions on our website before ordering. We accept returns or exchanges of all new, unused products purchased within 7 days from the delivery date, with original packaging and in as new condition. Please note that we reserve the right not to accept the return and not to make a refund, in the event of minor or major damages.
Conditions of return
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us via customer message contact form on the website or at info@vide.studio with your request, order confirmation number, and photos of the piece so that we can process it officially and send you the return confirmation. We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior notice.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

CARE
Before your first use, we advise that you wash your pieces by hand in hot soapy water, rinse them and allow them to air dry.
Handle with care: stoneware and porcelain are strong and durable materials but they are still susceptible into breakage if mishandled.
Our studio is not liable for marks left on surfaces that vessels may leave due to the nature of the medium.
PRODUCTS
Size and glazing may vary slightly from item to item which we think is exactly the charm of being handmade.
Every vessel and sculpture is one of a kind, no two are exactly the same.
The base is stamped with the studio kuza mark.
