Purchase of Products
All products listed on www.studiokuza.com
are for personal use only, with no intention of resale.
Pricing, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice.
When purchasing through our website, you must provide personal information (such as your name, address, and email address) necessary to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.
All shipments sent outside the European Union are not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
Pricing
All prices are stated in euro (€).
Local (Cyprus) customers are offered free shipping.
International shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the product and will be added to the price at checkout.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) without prior notice.
Shipping
Every piece is securely packed in 100% recyclable, double-boxed packaging.
Made-to-order items: Please allow 7–14 days for your order to be made before shipping.
Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 2–3 business days.
Larger items or bulk orders may be sent with a freight forwarder — please contact us before purchasing for a shipping quote.
We cannot be held accountable for delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, or customs.
All orders are shipped from Nicosia, Cyprus.
Delivery
Cyprus: 1–4 business days
International: Orders ship via registered airmail from Cyprus. Most arrive within 2–3 weeks but may take longer, especially during holidays.
Important: International shipments outside the EU do not include duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
Returns
As our products are handmade, slight variations between pieces are to be expected. Please review product dimensions and descriptions carefully before ordering.
We accept returns or exchanges of unused products within 14 days of delivery, with original packaging and in “as new” condition.
Custom-made items are not eligible for return.

with your order confirmation number and photos of the piece. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged.

Care
Before first use, wash your pieces by hand in hot soapy water, rinse, and air dry.
Handle with care: stoneware and porcelain are durable materials but still susceptible to breakage if mishandled.
Our studio is not liable for marks left on surfaces due to the nature of the material.
Products
Size and glazing may vary slightly from item to item, which is part of the charm of handmade work.
Every vessel and sculpture is one of a kind; no two are exactly alike.
Each piece is stamped with the Studio Kuza mark.
